Updates from the PE team

Hello everyone. We hope you and your family are well. With everything going on, we will posting updates on the blog.

In the meantime, it is important to stay active for your physical and mental health. While at home, you can do the body weight exercises we did in class, that do not require equipment.

Some examples include: Lunges, Squats, Jumping Jacks, Sit Ups, Tuck Jumps, Mountain Climbers, Walking up and down the stairs, Burpees, Planks, Tricep Dips (using a chair), Push Ups, and so many more that you already know!

Don't forget about getting outside (when weather permits, of course)!
Some examples include: Go for a walk, Play catch (respect social distancing standards), Walk your dog, Shovel the driveway or Shovel your neighbour's driveway.

I'm sure your parents wouldn't mind if you cleaned the house either :)

Take care and be active!
