Option 1: Yoga (28 minute video) → This video is aimed at reducing stress and
helping you fall asleep. It is a total body stretching workout and does not require
any experience in yoga. After completing this video, you will feel relaxed, less
stressed and you may want to make this part of your going to bed routine!

Option 2 - Body Weight Workout - Grades 5 & 6

Option 3: Let’s get outside! After such cold weather this week,
next week looks great! Go outside with someone in your family
and complete this walking challenge together. Who can walk faster?!

1 minute: Speed walking as fast as possible
30 seconds: Leisurely walk
Repeat this circuit 20 times for a total of 30 minutes of enjoying the fresh air
